Burners

Gas-Fired Burners are used as a source of heat for the drying process.  When using Cherokee sensors and controls, the heated conveying air temperature is carefully controlled to prevent fiber damage while also bringing down the moisture level as needed.  The high turn-down ratio found in a Cherokee burner allows the heat to run at both high and low levels, while maintaining efficiency and keeping the burners lit when conditions do not require high levels of heat.
